We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Visiting the website
When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data transmitted by your browser (server log files): IP address, date and time of access, page requested, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This data is required to deliver and secure the website and is not combined with other data.
3. Cookies and local storage
This website uses no analytics or marketing tools and no tracking cookies. Fonts and images are loaded directly from our server; we do not embed third-party content such as Google Fonts, social media plugins or map services.
We only use technically necessary storage:
- Language choice: when you switch the language, we store your choice in a cookie (
nf_lang) so that the website appears in that language on your next visit. - Member Zone: after a successful sign-in, we set a session cookie (
if_member) that grants access to protected pages. Your browser also stores the sign-in session locally (local storage). Both are deleted when you sign out.
4. Contact form and email
If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone, we process the details you provide (e.g. name, organisation, role, email address, interest and message) to answer your enquiry and prepare any further steps. The details entered in the contact form are transmitted and stored via our hosting provider’s form service (Netlify Forms).
We delete enquiries as soon as they are no longer needed, subject to statutory retention obligations.
5. Member Zone
The Member Zone is open exclusively to invited members. For your account we process your email address, your password (stored in encrypted form only), the details of your second factor (authenticator app), sign-in times, IP address and technical session data. The purpose is secure access and protection against misuse.
For sign-in we use the Supabase service (Supabase, Inc., USA) as a processor. Account data is stored in a data centre in Zurich (Switzerland). When your membership ends, we delete your account.
6. Hosting and transfers abroad
This website is operated by Netlify, Inc., San Francisco (USA). Netlify processes the data mentioned in sections 2, 4 and 5 on our behalf. In this context, and when using Supabase, data may be transferred to or accessed from the USA. For this we rely on the safeguards provided by the providers, in particular the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
7. Links to other websites
This website contains links to external services, such as LinkedIn profiles. Data is only transmitted to the respective provider once you click such a link. The respective provider alone is responsible for its data processing.
8. Your rights
Within the scope of applicable law, you have in particular the right to information about your personal data, to the correction of inaccurate data, to erasure and to the release or transfer of your data. You may also object to processing and withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, please contact hello@inside-future.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Switzerland, this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
9. Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. The connection to this website is always encrypted (HTTPS). Access to the Member Zone is additionally protected by two-factor authentication.
10. Changes
We may amend this privacy policy at any time. The version published on this website applies.
